memoryI hide in his embrace, the last safe haven in the world. He holds me tight, afraid some unknown force will tear us apart, like so many times before. Yet nothing comes. We melt into the sheets, snuggling under the covers. I feel his hand slipping from my grip, only to rest on my cheek, stroking. My face heats up.

I know what’s coming as his face gets closer, my eyes closing, willing me to meet him.

I gaze out the window, the end written on my face as I watch her walk away. The only one I ever loved, ever might’ve known. It might as well be raining.

Sinking to the floor, I utter out an incomprehensible prayer, useless as it is. As my heart breaks open I stare at the sky, looking for her face again. Heaving myself up I look down the street, but her figure is gone, just strangers crowding the way. Water clogs my vision, and I fall in pain. Laughing and screaming and crying for what seems an eternity.

Heh, yeah.^^ It's gonna have a mash of video game and cartoon heroes that have a dark side (like Sonic with his Darkspine transformation and Ichigo with his Hollow transformation) or something happened to them that they transformed into something evil/dark.^^
